ГЕЛЬПС АРТУР

(sir Arthure Helps, 1813-1875) английский писатель, много писал о политических и социальных вопросах: "Essays, written in the intervals of business", "The claims of labour", "Companions of my Solitude", "The conquerors of the new world and their bondsmen", "Organisation in daily life" и многие другие. Написал также исторический роман "Ivan de Biron or the Russian court" и трагедию "Oulita the serf".
